Hi my tracking order is RL218906285CN. According to the tracking result my parcel was in Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan on 27 May. However almost a month ago on 27 April my parcel had already went to the same place and same procedure and the next day on 28 April it had went to Guangzhou airport. So what I don't understand is why my parcel went back to Guangzhou Transit Station when it had already reached the airport and it took a month later? Please do help in my enquiry

Hi, based on my experience (currently I have 7 shipments which are shipped via Guangzhou), all these are currently stuck there and there has been no update for weeks. On the other hand, I did not have any problems with shipments from other ports. I have even receive my shipments which are bought some one month earlier but shipped via other ports.

You can check these tracking numbers if you like to conform - RM679884457CN, RO228258912CN, RS049482475CN, RS027320309CN. I have filed dispute for some orders which the buyer protection period is expiring. Here are two shipments which I have received today but bought approximately a month later than those above - RL200104108CN and RL200103368CN.

My advise would be to quit hoping and just wait for the buyer protection period to nearly expire and then file a dispute for refund.

If you check the following China Post tracking page then it is going be a nightmare show. My package arrived at the Guangzhou airport and then left Guangzhou airport. Not ONCE. But THREE times.

1. I suspect your parcel never left the Airport, and they found a bag of mail that was laying there. The last tracking is this:
2016-05-27 09:02:01.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

2. Just keep tracking for new activities. It is going back to Singapore.

My tracking number is LW857126742CN
I have been waiting for 3 weeks since I placed my order ?! And no updated tracking info the last thing was it was leaving china? How long till I receive my order?!

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel left china on Sep 24. It is USA now. However, US import processing is very slow. You can not see new update until US customs releases the parcel to USPS, this might take 2 to 4 weeks. please be patient.
