Post No updates on package in over a month

I ordered 2 items from a 3rd party on Amazon. I thought the seller was in the USA but it turns out that my package is coming from China. There have been no updates on the shipping details and I've tried to contact the seller twice. Amazon has also tried contacting them. Here's the tracking number LT586236424CN. Can someone please help me?

LT586236424CN is invalid number.
