Ok I have already contacted someone and they said my parcel was on the way I have even contacted my mail company and had then search for it yet it hadn't come yet it's been almost 3 months what is taking so long parcel number is LT420640922CN and I would like to know where it is or how to get a refund...

LT420640922CN was shipped on Mar 23. Normally it should arrive in 10 to 20 business days. Your parcel seems to be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute to their customer service and claim refund.

If you did not use PayPal/aliexpress and any other payment method with buyer protection, you can not get your money back in case of parcel lost.

K so china screws up and in out of luck how is that what kind of business does china run I have never had thise much trouble even when I order through wish.com so how do I get my package

I have already been charged for it so therfore I should get it and if I havent gotten it yet then another one should be shipped

Buying from China sellers can get good price plus reasonable quality as long as you choice correct online marketplaces.

if you want to buy good item from oversea(not only from China), the first thing you need to do is buy from reliable website such as aliexpress, ebay, amazon, WISH etc.

These websites have buyer protection policy and if any sellers dare to make scam(get multiple disputes from buyer), they will be kicked out from the marketplace.

However, if you buy from from those no-name websites and does not pay with paypal, it is very risky. If you read following article, you will distinguish such scam website very easily:
