http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ504180831CN shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 3 but never left original post office.

I suggest wait one more week. If you can not get the parcel by end of July, you need open dispute for lost parcel.

LZ504180831CN should have problem in Wuhan. Normally it should arrive Vietnam in 2 weeks.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, contact their customer service to open dispute.
