Ordered on March no update since March 20th that parcel is leaving shenzen. Try to email customer support, no luck they will not reply to email. Starting to think I lost $100. Tracking number

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT420283151CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to US on Mar 20. It should be seriously delayed.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Normally such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Ok, but is it normal for there to be no information for 30 plus days ? Sadly I have no buyer protection I bought it direct from their website.
