Where is my item from Mela Bottino? Tracking #RF511527220CN. Its been 1 month from the last tracking update. It is stated in your website that the longest arrival day for UAE is 29 days. However in my case, starting from the shipment from China it has been 2 months already but no item has arrived yet! Could you please take action on this??

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to shipper on Feb 17.

Are you sure? Why is it was returned? From Feb 17 it says "Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit ) in China" I thought it is enroute already to UAE. The shipper also said I'll be receiving the item despite of refund since they shipped it already.

Most returning reason is that shipper did not write p.o.box in the parcel. U.A.E Post will reject such parcel automatically.
