Looking for my order LY936609464CN. It has been over 3 weeks since ordering and there are no updates. If this order cannot be located I will want a refund!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY936609464CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to JFK airport in US on Nov 9. It should be delayed by rush season.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by Dec 8, then open dispute for refund.
