Hey there,

Can you please help me with my tracking number LF039004927CN? It says Xiamen, shipment when I track it. It has not changed for almost two week now. Is that normal?

the parcel should have left china. status will not change when parcel is on the way from china to Germany. this period might take 10 to 20 days. it is normal.
