Hi I ordered an item and it's showing delivered but I never received the item. I wasn't even at home and didn't see any card that said it was delivered to neighbors. Please check your system tracking number LX231282426CN

1. The last tracking of your parcel on the Royal Mail site is this:
20/12/16 04:50 DELIVERED19/12/16 GREAT BARR PDO

2. You need to contact Royal Mail and ask them where is the parcel. For China Post and the seller the parcel was deliver.
