On ebay it says that the shipping info was received. However the number does not seem to work for tracking. So I am guessing nothing was ever sent.

Contact seller and ask him to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking result in next 3 days, you will file complaint to ebay and leave him bad feedback. Most seller will ship the goods immediately after getting your alert.

if you can not track the parcel, it means the tracking number is invalid. you should contact seller and ask him to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute and leave him bad feedback on shipping time.
