Post Is this a fraudulent tracking #?

I received a tracking number 10 days ago and there is no update for it. Can you please confirm if this is a real number or not?

I asked the company I ordered from, Chellysun, and their response was this:

Dear customer,
Sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. Your package has been sent out to China post office.
Your order is from China to your country,the security is very strict at airport, so thousands of packages will be checked one by one, which takes a lot of time.
When it arrives in your country, it will be sent by your local post office, then comes the tracking information.
That does waste time, while cannot be omitted. Hope you can kindly understand.

Please advise. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW011802586CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
