http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. if you just got the number, wait one week and track again.

Hello guys, may you help me with my track number 04557659173, because I've been waiting my order one month ago and the tracking information is the same since that month. I mean is stuck at received by línea haul since 02/08/2017. What can I do? I spoke with the seller and he told me: "Dear friends, your goods logistics time takes 50-60 days, please wait patiently! This time is the longest waiting time". Thanks a lot.

Also the track number start with numbers and not with letters, it is ok? or it is a fake number.

all numeric tracking number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track the shipment date in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, but china post only make very limit scan for such cheap parcel and no updating will be available in future even it is keep moving.

Not sure which country you are from, you can check the estimate arrival time in http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php . If your buyer protection is expiring and you do not get the parcel, you should open dispute.

Thanks! I'm from Colombia I've been waiting for one month but I'll wait only 60 days! After that time I'll open the dispute.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. your seller did not ship the goods. tell the seller to ship the goods immediately. Let him know if the tracking result is still invalid by Wednesday, you will file complain to paypal/aliexpress/amazon(whichever you purchased the goods) .
