it works strange, its send through ems but the parcel also can be tracked already on luxembourg post site where it should be deliverd to how is that possible

this is very normal. China Post will send "parcel received" data to Luxembourg Post through EDI. You can track the data in Luxembourg does not mean the parcel has arrived Luxembourg.
