hi, i bought something on the 27 of January and i see it has arrived in South Africa,but i cant find it in the post office and the seller keeps on telling me i must go to the post office of which i go there almost everyday and its not there and they cant track it with number i have "31338597348" i am being told about the missing letters in the tracker number,please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 31338597348 was actually shipped on Mar 15. your seller seriously delayed shipment. shipping time to South Africa might take 3 months, you need wait by Jun.
