Post how to submit a formal complaint?

Hi,

I have order a product online from the company http://www.freakichic.com last December. the company provided me with the tracking code: RP148007751CN via China Post. Last update on the code was 3rd of May, then it disappeared from this tracking system.

I have contacted the company many times to claim a refund since my package has not arrived/ it may be lost..I am not sue way it is taking more than 6 months to arrive from China - but they have been ignoring my messages.

Any way, I lost hope in getting a proper response from the company, so how do I file a complaint? Is there a designated commission for this kind of complaints? Any suggestions?

Did you pay your order through paypal/aliexpress or any other method which has buyer protection policy? If no, it is difficult for your claim refund.

Next time please buy from big website such as ebay, amazon, aliexpress etc, or at least pay with paypal, otherwise it is very risky.

Actually i paid via my bank debit card supported by Visa, not sure if buyer protection policy applies here. Will check about that with my bank or Visa.
