a parcel with tracking saying left the china airport in december 15, 2016, i received it last friday february 10 (spain), while other shipped later and even without tracking were received several weeks earlier. I think paypal allows until three months to open a dispute, be sure about that and you can wait. remember also that a few days ago, china finished celebrating the new year, is possible (POSSIBLE) they have a lot of mails to answer from around the world.

hi i am living in iran. i buy goods from china. i send money two week ago.thay give me number tracking rs901533116nl.but that invalid. and thay say only await.are thay lie?how can i follow it?help me please.thay only say tracking have problem.and i await,help me

I don't know seller lie or not but check in website with your id is shown:

I feel so sad right now as I lost over $1077 to this company- Cnlightelectric.com

Royal mail told me to contact the sender to make a report at China post as the item got lost. They read my whatsapp messages and don't reply. All I needed was a refund.

Is there no way I can report them or get my money back? I still have my receipts but I paid through Western Union

If you paid with Western Union, you can not get refund. You should pay with paypal and avoid buying from those no-name websites. Too many users here have reported scams .

In future, you should buy from big websites such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon which have buyer protection policy and system.

I need some SERIOUS HELP HERE! I am dealing with the most ridiculous and selfish seller. He never sent my item, he "claims" he did and that customs took it. But I know that's a lie because the tracking number didnt even show any scan of any package and it would have showed it at least leaving his facility and into customs. And customs also sends out mail saying they took the product, I never got that. It was a fake tracking number. It's LT488349633CN. I bought the item November 28 of last fricking year. I gave this guy plenty of damn time, he was just screwing with me the entire time. I finally started to annoy him I guess and that's where he told me that he won't ever be shipping or refunding my item because the US customs took it which means to him since it was US customs, he doesn't owe me the item or my money back. I don't know where this A-hole came from or what kind of seller manual he read, but everyone in their right mind knows you don't blame or punish the buyer when a package DOESNT get delivered. You compensate them! PERIOD! And what you do to get your money back is your business, not the buyers. You can't steal from them. God! This is really pissing me off. I want his name plastered all over the Internet and I want to ruin his business for good so he can never sell and steal from anyone again. I have anger issues, I'm italian from NY, did I mention that? Lol Anyway, I need to know how to MAKE this person pay me, what will scare him into cooperating OR tell me who I can talk to at customs to prove the package never even went there. i have to talk to someone!

I’ve purchased on 11 Nov 2017 and Seller has shipped my parcel on 13 November 2017 by china post but the shipment status has not been updated since 14 November 2017. Please help me.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I ordered in December and they said the delivery may take up to 45 days. But that would have been by the end of January and i still haven't received it. I just put in my tracking number LF248371669CN and now it said "No shipping record" instead of "on route" as before.
I already paid for that, so please reply ASAP and tell me what you'll do about that.
