Hello Everyone,

I've ordered a backpack from http://www.chaserogersmi.com for $55 and a completely different bag came that I've found on Amazon and eBay for like $12. The seller is not willing to give me refund, as they say, that they didn't make a mistake, the packages were switched by the delivery company (EMS), which I don't understand how can be possible.
They offered me to order the same bag again with 30% discount but I don't want to order anything from them.
Based on the tracking number, could I get somehow details about the company, so that I can report them? There's a 'co-operational agreement' between the consumer protection organization of my country and of China, so maybe they could help.

report the transaction in paypal if u paid there? provice evidence what u got is not what u paid for and money should get back.

Yeah, if I had paid with PayPal, there wouldn't be a problem now, but this was not an option unfortunately, so I've paid with credit card.

talk to your credit card company and report fraud.

I have the same problem with my order
And i pay with credit card 300€ He send me rong item cost 27$
What can i do know?
Is there any official china police for intrnet crimes can I talk with him ?

To avoid suffering from fraud, you should buy from big website such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon. If you purchased A and actually received B, you can open dispute for "item not as described" and claim full refund. It is super easy and reliable.

Did you buy from ebay/aliexpress/amazon? if yes, contact their customer service. They will help you to open dispute against fraud.

Good news, Guys! I reported the issue to my bank and they got back somehow all I'd paid (including the shipping cost)! Thanks for the hint!
