Hello Friends.... i have send a return shipment from Germany to China on August, 12, 2017
I have send it with DHL and if it has arrived in China, the China Post take the shipment to the
recipient address....i think... 😕
I have a tracking no, but the Shipment status doesn't change since 14.09.2017
Where is the Problem with China Post ??? Why does it take so long ???
Who can i contact with the Problem??

CY745387875DE stuck in Shenzhen customs for over 2 weeks. It should have delivery or duty payment problem. You need contact receiver call china post hotline 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.
