1. Greece Post should be able to get the signature of the parcel because it was a Register parcel. It might cost you some money but that I don't know.

2. Unless Greece does not work like every Post Office in the rest of the World.

they don't have public email. China Post normally does not reply any email inquiry. the best way to contact them is to call 11185 within China.

1. From Greece you need to call:
00 86 20 11185

2. They only speak in Mandarin.

3. If somebody speak mandarin Yes they could possibly call on your behalf.

4. You are not telling us what happen with the Greece Post Office!!!!!
