this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Can I assume that both parcels with tracking numbers 89581744685 and 85295566607 are lost? The last update was from 223 days ago. I know they are china post ordinary parcels, and they might take several weeks but 32 weeks is a bit too much, this is getting ridiculous.

Yeah, if they haven't arrived yet, they are almost certainly not coming. There's a tiny chance that you might receive one of those oddball packages that arrives years after it's sent, but for practical purposes they are definitely lost.

Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

I've got this tracking number two days ago LX775616387CN but with this number there is no shipping record. How long does it takes until it's possible to see a shipping record and is this a real shipping number? The parcel should go to Austria. Thank you for Information.

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.
