can there be another reason why the tracking has not updated for more than two weeks the seller is insisting that the letter was mailed. RS708996002Cn

Please help is my package lost. No tracking information since December 31.RL 273412904CN

your seller is a cheater. He has not shipped anything yet. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only info is "electronics data received". read following:

Hello dear China Post Admin

Can you check this tracking number LX388875999CN ?

I found the seller on Alibaba, it's been over 15 days now and says that te parcel is still in Shenzhen. The website I was provided to check tracking status is http://www.track-chinapost.com.
Is this real or fake? And how do I know if it had been delivered to the post office?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LX388875999CN left Shenzhen China on Jul 13. Normally it will travel 2 weeks to reach UK. so you should get it by end of July or early Aug.

Hello admin can you help with this tracking number please, 31814940230? I tried to track on http://www.track-chinapost.com but last result i got was since 13/07/17 and nothing on your website. Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was shipped on Jul 13. It is on the way to your country. No need worry anything at this moment.

LX387080215CN is a little bit delayed than average but it is still in normal time frame. Sometimes parcel might take 4 weeks to reach Finland.
