Hi

Can you tell me if the following track number is fake please.
LX321653553CN.

I have been advised by a retailer who I believe to be a scammer that my item was dispatched and is in transit via China Post.

LX321653553CN is real. It was just shipped on April 29. you will get it around May 10.

LX321653553CN is real. It was just shipped on April 29. you will get it around May 10.

Is there any way you can confirm the address (or at least part of the address) this parcel is being sent to so I know it is actually mine.

Unfortunately China Post does not record the address of each parcel. So you can not know if the parcel number is yours or not.

Hi, I had made the payment already. If I had to cancel it how can I contact them. They don't have a contact number in their site at all.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon/paypal, you can easily open dispute and claim refund.

if you purchased from no-name website, in most of the cases, you can not get your money back. So I always suggest our user stay away from those non-name website.
