(LT194911434CN ) I know you said that this number is a valid tracking number but I just want to know how is it valid if you can't track it? Thanks for the help!

Once the seller ask for a tracking number it's registered and he can apply it on the package, it then starts to transit in the country until it reaches a prefectorial post office where all the tracking begins. It can take up to 10 days for the tracking number to be entered in the system, if in 3 or 5 days it still show nothing then the seller may have not sent the package or the post office didn't scan it.

Trying to give you answers when I can get it. :p

Hi could you tell me if tracking number LM087725345CN is real? The seller has said the parcel has been shipped on 15/09/2016 but it says it is expired. Has the parcel been shipped?

Regards

Hi, the tracking number is valid but I can't track it, get in touch with seller as it's been more than 10 days since it's been shipped it's weird that you can't track it.

Hello! I order from Aliexpress and I got this information from seller:
Tracking number: RS240355753CN
logistics company: China Post Registered Air Mail
Shipping time: 2016-09-22 03:34:19

But when I try to track it it says this: Parcel#RS240355753CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !

Can you check if the tracking id is valid?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. It can take up to 10 days before a parcel is register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

Hope this help.

Hello, I purchased two items from two separate ebay sellers.

Thr first number does not show up. Seller says it was shipped on the 28th.

The second was shipped 14 days ago, but hasn't seemed to move.

Can you explain these to me? Thank you!

Can you explain these to me? Thank you!

1. First of all, both tracking number are valid tracking number.

2. For parcel LK021864735CN, I was not able to track this parcel. Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for China Post to register a tracking number into their system. Also please take note that this week China is on a National holiday so the Postal service are working very slowly and even some places not working at all.

3. For parcel LK120104033HK, Only tracking available is this:
2016-09-21 00:00
US, Sender is preparing item for posting.
This means technically this:
Electronic shipment information received
May I suggest you read this:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

3. For parcel LK120104033HK, you need to contact seller and have him explain to you why is the parcel not in the mail yet. Please do remember that if the parcel came from China, there is not tracking possible from China to Hong Kong. Only when the parcel arrive in Hong Kong will you see some tracking.

Hope this help.

A different tracking site said LK120104033HK has been dropped off two weeks ago. Is that not accurate? It was on this site:
