If the tracking status indicate "Expired" it is a very good indication that the seller has not shipped your item(s) yet.

My recommendation is for you to contact the seller and asked if the item has been shipped out. Otherwise, you may file for dispute immediately against the order.

Thanks! But as the poster before you, I started looking for other tracking services and it indeed says it was received in the US. Now I'm tracking it through USPS.

2. If this is the new tracking number: RS139196204CN

3. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number.

If he answer that he mail the parcel just open a dispute to get your money back.
