I was given the tracking number RH012973057CN I was told the reason why it is not appearing is the post is backlogged and is very slow. Is this true? Thanks, is the number real?

If http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show china post has not received the parcel, it is fake.

Can you check this tracking numbers I got form elixpress seller 7 days ago. In the china post the are invalid.

Got this tracking number from the seller and I think it's fake . Can some one help me ?
YE000816479CN is the number . When I told it's not a valid tracking number via yanwen post , he told me to be patient and wait until he ships the product and this makes it look weird as the aliexpress shipping info was updated
