Post Fake Tracking Number?

Hello everyone I have two orders from alibaba express. The names of the sellers are ada ma and joanna ma. The names of the stores are Super-Car and xylitol, respectively. Both provided tracking numbers starting with WS (not starting with R or RC ) for china post air mail. Tracking numbers are WS959529116CN and WS692676705CN. Also they say that I can track my parcels from. I have never came across this kind of tracking numbers for china post air mail. Also the tracking website they provided seems to be registered just yesterday. So it seems to be fake. Everything seems to be fake. When I tried to contact them they gave no response so far. The second seller's rating seems to be very high. I would expect this kind of misbehavior from the first seller not the second one. But the ada ma also seems to lie. What do you think? Are these numbers fake? What would you suggest me to do? Thanks in advance.

WS959529116CN and WS692676705CN are not china post tracking number. You should contact seller and ask for REAL CHINA POST tracking number. If they don't response your answer or don't give you proper tracking number, open a dispute to aliexpress before protection deadline.

Ok I will do that. But why did they give these numbers? Are these numbers some kind of substitute for real tracking numbers. Or they did not shipped the products but they want to get the money so they provided these numbers. What about the website? Is this website related to china post or any other company.

We never heard of that website and company. It might be one of thousands shipping agents of china post, might be a fake website which belongs to seller themselves. As aliexpress requires sellers to ship order within one business day of payment, some sellers just use such "tracking number" to fulfill the shipment duty.

I made contact with alibaba express' help service. They said first try to contact with the seller. When I explained the situation that I mentioned above they said open a dispute. No further step from this point for now. I will open a dispute and if the seller ever tries to make contact with me we'll see what happens.

hi, my friend, this is a new logistic we cooperate.

this shipping way is still China post airmail.

because the China post office request us to stick the tracking NO on the parcel, this wast our a lot of labor

and for the tracking NO.WS959529116CN
we just need to print it with address tag.

and it's only can track on the logistic's web and the delivery time is the same to China post airmail.

hope you can understand

This is the message Joanna Ma sent to me. Is this true? A lot of labor, address tag... ? Is there a new logistics company of China Post Air Mail.

It might be one of thousand China Post agent company, it also might be a scam company. We never heard of this company, there is no address, no telephone, no contact link in the website. It is very suspicious.

I had a similar problem to this day. I ordered on Aliexpress too, and i received the tracking number like, WS190776577CN!!!
The seller say that i can track my parcel on http://www.ws-shipping.com. Really i get some entry to the tracking number, but I was thinking that this page is fake.
Today, a miracle had occurred!
My postmen delivered my parcel from China to Hungary ... with the tracking number WS190776577CN.
Looks like this is not a fake delivery mode. I am happy now!
