I purchased an item over a week ago and this tracking number was provided but it does not seem to track on your site yet it does on all other searches

UT564594929CN was shipped to UK on Nov 16.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Would this service been used for large heavy items? My item is of low value but is very big and very heavy 50kg +

U parcel can not be used for parcel over 2kgs. You must be scammed.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.

I am now confused if my parcel is fake why have i had a new update on delivery today?
It is now at a sorting centre at south Carolina??
