I bought in aliexpress in 10/12, the seller give me tracking number in 12/12, more than 20 days ago and number don't work: RB579962783CN

I'm waiting the aliexpress intermediate the case.

RB579962783CN is a fake number. you should open dispute case with aliexpress and get money back.

why is aliexpress not mediating it really seems like they are helping the sellers steal our money. My order number is Order NO:60545813965810 I havn't heard anything from the seller or aliexpress even though I have open a dispute case in fact the seller deleted their whole store site when I opened dispute.

you will get your money back if seller does not response your dispute case. just be patient and wait for aliexpress mediating.

You have not mediated its been almost a month at aliexpress has not even posted a question or anything I would like my refund within the next 24hrs or I will pursue a class action lawsuit and everyone on here and who has dealt with you will be getting there money back

Is this tracking number real or fake? RC509938080CN. I purchased an item since January 21, 2014. after not hearing a word from seller, i opened a dispute on Paypal...seller provided Paypal with this tracking number for me. I tried to use it and the system did not recognise it. only yesterday or so i was able to see on your system that the destination country is Israel which is weird because I am in the USA why should my parcel go all the way to Israel. Please help me so i can tell Paypal if this package is for real or if this seller scammed me so i can continue my case for a refund.

RC509938080CN is not fake. you need some patient. normally it will take up to 4 weeks to arrive Israel from Beijing.

I think I have been very patient but the seller's website indicated that my parcel would get to me in the United States sooner than the 4 weeks you are telling me. Besides, my shipping address COUNTRY which i gave to the seller and he/she knows this well is the UNITED STATES has nothing to do with Israel. I don't understand why my package should be destined to Israel and stuck in Import Security Scan for so long. i have purchased from other sellers and never experienced this. I am afraid and worried that this ISRAEL DESTINATION COUNTRY thing is a DELAY TATIC that the seller used to hold up the process so i can lose my money to him/her.

RC509938080CN is going to Israel, NOT USA. If your seller says that it is going to USA, then he is lying. I believe you should open a dispute and get your money back asap. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
