This seller has sent me a phone that does not receive calls. At this point I do not want to deal with their phone and sent it in for refund via Paypal dispute. How did Gearbest want to help me? They do not answer my questions and they asked me to go to a repair shop and get it fixed, send the phone to their repair center (shipping is on me), or get $30 back to keep the phone. It is inexcusable and the warranty on their website is a joke. I received a DOA item (can't receive calls so is it even a phone) and on their warranty they said they will refund shipping. My experience with them is horrible and I will not recommend anyone to this seller.
