Hey everybody...
i have send a retoure Shipment (IP-CAM) from Germany to Shenzhen.
Since 14.09.2017 the shipment stuck at the custom center. The Reciver of the
shipment try to contakt the Custom, but they dont want to give him the return shipment.
I dont no why???? Everything was properly cleared. :(

So what can i do? I have already informed DHL, but they can not help me.
I have no email adress from the Custom Office in Shenzhen... :(

I believe the parcel should be lost in China customs. Normally if parcel arrives on Sep 14, it should be delivered no later than Sep 24. If you purchased shipping insurance, you should claim compensation from insurance company.

Hello,
Tracking number : CK063418955DE
One of my friend called hotline in china yesterday about parcel they said it is in shenzhen. Can you say exactly where it is. Im bit worried that you are saying the products are lost for the above parcel. It is very costly laptop. So kindly say me what is the best way to approach to know status

We only know the parcel arrived Shenzhen Post office customs warehouse on Sep 14. It has not been released by government since then. China Post does not tell public where is the customs warehouse. Based on our experience, it must be some problem with China customs. It is very possible they discarded the parcel.

next time do not use post service to ship expensive item. It is very risky. You should use DHL courier service to ship expensive item. Normally DHL china office(not China Post) will do customs clearance and scan the location at every stage. Even if China government does not allow the item import to China, it will be return to Germany instead of discarding it to trash.

If China government completes the customs clearance, it will give it back to China Post for delivery.

Generally how many days it will take to clear the custom clearance, I think it is already cleared in Guangzhou customs how many custom clearances it has to go. Is it any possibility to contact shenzhen customs (like contact mail or number)?

Normally it will take 2 to 7 days to complete import customs clearance.

China customs does not accept any inquiry no matter phone call or mail.

Has anyone a email adress, from the Office where the Shipmet stucks? May i can try to write a Email to the office so they can tell me where the problem with the Shipment is ?
