Can anyone Help me? My tracking number is LW051011784CN. I ordered may 25th/17. And still no response form those guy on Deal Man. Please please!

Hi
Can someone in china post please assist as I am getting nowhere with the person I returned the goods to. The tracking number is LK955841075AU. I can see it on the china post tracking site which indicates 2 failed attempts. I have asked the person I sent it to to check with china post where the parcel is and all I get back is its not here. Can someone please advise me the physical address in china post where the package is being held and a contact phone number so that i can tell the person to collect it? Thankyou so much

LK955841075AU failed delivery because receiver is not in that address. You need ask receiver contact China Post EMS office in following address and pickup the parcel :

Thanks for your help so far. The address I sent the goods back to was the address on the box I received the goods in. If I give you the address they have since supplied can the package be redirected?

i contact with china post office.
they said that they do not have this package,tks
Can someone please contact the receiver and talk to them as I am getting nowhere.

If you return the goods for refund from aliexpress/ebay, you should report to aliexpress/ebay that receiver intentionally don't want to accept return for refund. None can help you to call the receiver.
