Hello. Please tell me is this number RO223013192CN fake? It is been more then 12 days since the seller shiped the order. At least it sais so, but i can't trace this number.

Hello can someone please help me I order from alixpress on 27 Jan 16
I check, last status on 2016-02-08 my packet leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport,
but until today that status never change, can you tell me what happen ?

your parcel should be outside china now. normally the parcel status will seem as if freezing in its last china location after it left china(none scan the parcel anymore outside china).

ok than the seller said to me yesterday, he said that...
"down worry about it, courier company may need time to update information,
so i should just patien right ?
