Hi,
Can you sent me the seller information (name,adress, phone ) parcel number:RS388865679CN because i bought a phone from this seller and when receive the parcel there are only a CPU which worth 10$.
Please help me to call the police

where did you purchased the order, ebay/aliexpress/amazon? if any of these website, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
