Hello I was wondering if anyone could please help me with Yanwen express tracking. It's been 6 days but tracking is still on " item information created by seller". The seller says it has been sent and Yanwen just takes a long time to update. I have been sent something from Yanwen before with instant tracking I think. It arrived in 8 days. Is it possible they just missed a scan?

your seller has not shipped the goods. Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track location status in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud shipment.

Thank you for your help :) it has now been picked up. I was wondering if it was sent special line as they said it was as my last tracking number ended in YW and this one YP. It's taking much longer to arrive, I thought maybe because of the difference in format it might not be Express. Thanks very much for your time!
