Post Where to collect my parcel

Hello. Could you please let me know where I need to go to get my parcel or what I can do to get it re delivered. I live in Chengdu and am looking for my tracked parcel from Australia. It says someone tried to deliver it on the Friday the 13th of January at 2:06am? 😮 I wasn't aware of this and haven't had any correspondence about it. The tracking number is LK947169352AU. I know it is here, I just need to know how to get it. Thanks.

the parcel was in China Post 成速紫荆揽投 office on Jan 12. I hope it has not been returned to Australia yet. Go to that office and try to pickup or call china post hot line 11185 inquiry detail.
