Hi,

I ordered something from Aliexpress whitch was sent on 18/02/19.
It says "Arrival at local delivery office" but it has been like this for 13 days.
I rang NZ post and it turns out that it is still in China?
Can anyone help?

LF988716234CN was shipped to Netherlands by mistake. You need open dispute to Aliexpress for refund.
