I don't know where is my parcel LH211357068CN.Aust Post has not much imformation.Check China Post say air transport from China but fr 1/5 and no update

Could someone help?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show the parcel was sent to airline on May 1st. After sent to airline, parcel will wait 10 to 20 days to catch flight from China to Australia.

You can not see new information until it arrives Australia.

By the way, I see, after tracking from your link, that the parel has been sent to airline 2 times.Why that could happen?

sent to airline can be failed due to airline warehousing problem. so the parcel might be sent to airline again. This is normal, no need worry too much.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ281937696CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper on May 8. you can not get the parcel anymore. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for refund.
