Hi there.

I dont normally worry about things I buy off Aliexpress but my parcel left China on the 18th of August, the seller tells me it landed in Australia 2 weeks ago but as yet I have not recieved it.
As I cant track it once it leaves China I am stuck to know where it is.
Is there someone there that can tell me where it actually is. I dont know that Australia Post can track an overseas parcel. It says it arrived in export exchange on the 12th, then shipped by air on the 18th.

the parcel left china on Aug 9. It will travel about 2 to 6 weeks to reach receiver in Australia. You need some patient.

Hello
My parcel is being held by china post. My tracking reference is LK955841075AU. I now have over 70 emails between myself (sender) and the receiver. I have passed on your details to tgem and have asked them to call you to collect their parcel but they keep saying "no parcel". I returned the goods to the address the box was posted from as they wouldnt provide an address. After I sent it they provided the details below. I have put their contact details here purely in hope that you will be more helpful than they are being. Is it possible for someone to call them as I get the impression they won't as they need to give me a refund for the returned goods. Thank you so much.

you can not wake up a person who is pretending to sleep. Your seller does not want accept the parcel and refund you money. You need escalate the dispute and leave him negative feedback.

How do I do that? It wasnt an ebay or paypal purchase unfortunately? Are you able to call them. They dont seem to understabd english or they just keep pretending to avoid refund. I don't speak chinese so there is definitely a language gap. Is my parcel close to the address I provided?

Where did you buy those goods? Aliexpress or Amazon? you can open dispute to them and claim compensation.

No just on their own site. Can you call them at the number I provided to speak to them? English seems to be am issue in communicating.

you are scammed. you should buy from ebay/aliexpress/amazon which has buyer protection system.

This is what I got back this morning.
"i contact with china post office.
they said that they do not have this package,tks".
Can you please provide an update whrre this package is as it is getting very frustrating.
