I have a package that is stuck in Guangzhou. The tracking for the order number (LX281317635CN) states;

This package is being sent express (ePacket) to Australia. It was shipped by the supplier on March 1st. Normally these deliveries arrive here within 5 days. This time, it seems to have cleared customs over five days ago but is still to be placed on a plane. What is the delay please? When will it be despatched? When can I expect it to arrive in Australia? Surely, when it clears Customs, the package should be placed on the next available flight. Correct?

This package includes a birthday present for my young daughter. If it is late she is going to be very disappointed. Your website says "Normally it will take about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive destination country from China." It is now 13 days since it was sent.

you ordered the goods on Mar 1st, but your seller actually shipped it on Mar 7. Parcel left China on March 8 and should have arrived Australia customs warehouse. For unknown reason, the parcels has not been released to Australia Post yet. Maybe australia custom just got huge volume of parcel during these days and need time to process them. However, waiting one or two weeks in customs is really common, it does not mean your parcel is lost or has any problem. so no need worry. once again, you need some patient.
