http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows it was shipped on Mar 9. Not sure why status no update. It should have some problem. I suggest you wait one more week and track again. If no update, you need open dispute to seller.

I had went to the usps in my hometown, and said that it could just be waiting for a freight to ship it out, is that possible or did the guy not kno what he was talking about.

I have sent a small envelope with EMS to Nanchang city from Turkey at the date of 16th march..But its in waiting status in guangzhou custom since 21th march with status of 'parcel subject of custom'.My receiver didnt get any information abouth it.What can we do get this parcel please help.
Tracking no is TU002696720TR .Courrier Turpex.

TU002696720TR just arrived Guangzhou on April 9. it should be delivered this week.
