Hi there, I really need your help please. I sent a parcel from here in Australia to China with tracking number LK910718731AU. On China post website it says 'unsucessful delivery' on 20th April 2015 and 'Other/Item being held, addressee being notified', however the recipient of the package has received no notification of parcel or any news about package needing to be picked up or anything.

So what I'm wondering what happens now? Is my package still at China post needing to be collected or will there be an attempt for delivery again?

I cannot afford to lose this package and the recipient of the parcel needs to receive it asap.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately it seems like the receiver does not understand what they need to call and go to China post to collect parcel themselves - a massive language barrier/lost in translation issue going on.

So I'm wondering if China post will attempt delivery again? I'm worried that the parcel will be destroyed if it's uncollected, is there a time limit that China post keeps parcels for before it's destroyed.

Hi again, I was given this tracking number RH187764727CN last thursday by the recipient of my parcel stating that they have re-sent another parcel back to me with the correct items I purchased. However, this tracking number pops up as INVALID on China post when I go to check. My gut instinct says its a fake tracking number but the seller says that they're not deceiving me and that package will arrive in 2-3 weeks.

So I just wanted to confirm on your end that it's a fake number or should I wait a bit longer?
