CT595673927CN - I can't use the tracking on this website for some reason. Another user kindly helped me and sent me a link they used, but when I clicked on it it simply said 'no tracking record found'. Why is it not working for me?

no need worry. the parcel is on the way. our EMS tracking system sometimes has some delay. no need worry.
