Post Suspected missing Parcel

Hello,

My parcel tracking number says my parcel has landed in Auckland New Zealand 8 days ago when I track it, so I rang NZ Post to see what they know about it, they said it's never landed in New Zealand and China Post tracking is wrong.

I paid my seller for Express Shipping and he said about 10 days for it to arrive, its been 8 days since any activity on my tracking number at all.

my number is EA253009673CN

EA253009673CN 2017-08-30 00: 00: 00.0 07:14:00 Mail arrives at international terminal
Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Should I be pressing the seller for a refund saying it never arrived and was lost in post?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel just arrived Auckland today. you will get it very soon.
