Hi all

Returned a faulty item to Guangzhou in China and it has been nearly two months where the item has not been delivered.
It appears the item is stuck in Customs?

If the item is stuck in customs for 90 days does it get returned to me?

I have asked the seller to contact customs but they are refusing. I believe it is possibly stuck in customs due to a import fee. The item is over $149USD.

I prefer the item to be returned. I am worried the item would get destroyed...

Any help would be appreciated.

If your parcel has return address, it will be returned to you. But return will through surface mail which might take half year to reach Australia.

Is my item being sent back?
I can no longer see any details in regards to it being sent to the person.
It now says after 3 months being processed through
2018-08-18 20:29
SHENZHEN (CN), Processed through facility

No further information...
