Hi.
My item tracking number LH202397792CN. Was sent from China to Australia. My package arrived in Australia in another state, But was never forwarded onto my state of W.A.

Why was it not delivered and returned to seller without authorisation by myself or thr seller. It cleared customs according to the tracking. I have been waiting 90days for my delivery.

It still hasn't even made it back to the Seller yet?

I'd appreciate my item I paid for and an explanation of what happened.

Australia Post delivers the parcel as per the shipping address in the parcel. Obviously your seller printed wrong address. Australia Post can not make proper delivery and so they returned the parcel to China.

Which website did you buy from? If you paid with paypal or aliexpress, open dispute for refund.

It was DH Gate. Ive received almost all of my parcels so far.
I've translated the tracking information to English and there was no delivery attempt. It was cleared by customs in Australia then returned. It never said anything about a delivery failed. Please actually check your data base. This item is not replaceable
