Seller said they shipped this item on March 7th. It has been well over a month and I have still not received my item.
The item is from aliexpress and does not have any batteries or anything in them.
They are make up brushes?

I have ordered a similar item before with no trouble?

the parcel should be lost. you should open a dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

The seller said that China Post recently has been very slow and that it might take some more time.
I have opened up a dispute, but they have only replied with China Post being slow?
Is that true?

China Post now is ok, not that slow.

RC118478540CN was shipped by mistake to Brazil. You'd better ask shipper to reship another parcel to you. shipper can claim compensation from china post with shipping receipt.
