I have an Ebay order with tracking id 89237456505.
The only entry is 28 April 2017 Guangzhou export security scan.
Pls help with information on what has happened.

89237456505 is called china post ordinary parcel. This is a cheap service for low value item. China Post will not pay labor cost to updated its status after it left original post office. So you can not know its current location.

Normally such parcel will take about 4 to 8 weeks to reach Australia. If you can not get it by Jun 20, you should open dispute to seller for refund.
