Hay there if I could get some more information with my parcel shipped on 7 December. I bought it from Ali express and due date was 25/12/17. There is no info on my countries tracking system. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. You should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
