Nobody posted any item with LX328714950CN. Very likely u had been lied to. Raise a dispute and claim a refund immediately.

I think you are wrong because when I track this number on 17track it shows the package is in transit to New Zealand, see the image below. :)

Nothing had shown up at the time on May 16. The guy had said that was 17 days ago. The seller prob quickly shipped his item after he raised the dispute so in a way, it had been helpful. My advice is to always raise disputes promptly if no tracking details appear.
