Hi,

I ordered 2 small items from aliexpress with the following tracking numbers:
RS334704877CN
RS807622681CN

I know that Vanuatu is far from China but how can you explain a more than 3 months 1/2 transit time by air ????

Don't tell me to open a dispute or to contact the seller, I always did it. Just answer to my question?

Too many parcels shipped in Nov, china post has limited labor to process them during the time. So these parcels were sleeping in warehouse for about 2 months.

Good news is that parcel shipped in early Nov just arrived destination. Maybe your parcel will arrive this month.

OK, I understand the delays.

But parcels are supposed to have left China, aren't they?

''GUANGZHOU, Departure from outward office of exchange'' is writtem for the parcels I'm waiting for.

It is possible still in Guangzhou warehouse waiting for processing. Too many parcels shipped before Xmas and Chinese New year holiday , China Post has not fully complete processing these parcels so far.

Similar case here. My tracking shows same message as mentioned above from 20 November 2016. Orders placed in December end have been received but not this one.

3 months ago, 2 parcels were supposed to have left China... I made some orders with the same seller but I used another carrier. I received it all! Never seen such delays in Europe. Too easy to reject the fault on holydays.

I love China post... Three orders from DX using a free shipping method with China Post Air Mail. Customs operations were finished on 23/12, 24/12 and 24/01. Which parcel arrived in first? the last shipped parcel! (in 5 weeks which the standard transit time from China to Vanuatu). I love China Post.
